I have now decided to use forms, so it's now going to be a form! =)
I hope forms are okay with all you guys! Thank you to all those who helped me decide whether I should use forms. I went to the forms too. I like that they drop everything into a spreadsheet AND that people don't have to be worried about their email sitting out there.
